Air duct cleaning in Minnetrista
Start with the system in your house.A flat $329 for a normal single furnace home up to 2,500 sq ft and up to 25 vents and returns, finished basement included.The way your home gets water or handles wastewater does not tell us anything useful about its ducts. If it has a forced-air system with registers, we can clean the supply and return ducts.
Tell us the home size, whether it has one or two furnaces, and anything you are unsure about. We’ll explain the flat price and any possible overage before booking. If there are no ducts to clean, we’ll say so on the phone.
It’s the same three things every time, powerful vacuum, compressed air and rotary brush, and all three go in every time. We sometimes cut more than two access points in the trunk lines. We never charge for more than two.

Carpet cleaning is priced by the room.$35 a room up to 200 sq ft, and $45 a set of stairs.Homes here can have gravel drives, dogs, boots and plenty of room for everyday life. We price the work by rooms and stairs, so a single room and a whole-home clean are both straightforward bookings.
Tell us what you want cleaned and whether there are stairs or furniture to work around. We use truck-mounted hot-water extraction and bring our own water, so we do not draw from your well.
Morning cleaning usually leaves the carpet dry by evening under normal conditions.

It isn’t a starting point or an estimate or a figure that grows once somebody is standing in your hallway with the hose already run, and if we find something that changes the job you hear it before we start rather than on the invoice.

If a room has heavy traffic or heavy staining it needs pre-treatment and more than one pass, so it is $29 for that room. We show you anything like that on site and you approve it before we start, and there is never any pressure.
Pet stains are the one thing we cannot price properly without seeing them. How heavy and how deep it has gone changes the job, and a stain that has soaked through into the pad is different work again. If yours needs heavier products we tell you what it costs before the job starts, never after.

Do you clean in Minnetrista?
Yes. We regularly schedule Minnetrista work for all three services. If you only need carpet, only ducts or only a dryer vent, that is completely fine.
Who is actually going to be in my house?
You’ll get one of us, because Justin, Ryan and Clayton own the company together and we’re the ones who do the work, so there’s no trainee, no franchise van and no subcontractor you’ve never spoken to. Between us we’ve got almost 20 years in this trade.
Is the price going to change when you get here?
Not for anything you counted, because what you counted is the most you pay for that work. On ducts you don’t count anything at all, so the flat $329 covers up to 25 vents and returns, and any past that are $15 each, counted by us and shown to you before we start. If we open something up and find a job that’s genuinely different from the one you booked, you hear that number before we start as well rather than after we finish, and small carpet jobs come up to the $129 minimum for a visit, which is on this page rather than buried in a confirmation email.
My house is bigger than that, or it has two furnaces.
Then the flat $329 isn’t your price and we’re not going to pretend it is. Over 2,500 square feet, or a second furnace, means more openings and a second system, so call us and we’ll work it out on the phone before we book it.
We’re on a private well. Are you using my water?
No. The van carries and heats its own water, so your well and softener stay out of it. All we need is a place to park and a door to run the hose through.
How do I know I even need this doing?
Sometimes you don’t, and we turn down work that doesn’t need doing, which sounds like a line until it happens to you. It happens more than you’d think, and it would be easy money to say yes, so if your ducts were done three years ago and they look it we’ll tell you to spend it on something else and we’ll still be the people you call when they do need doing.
My dryer vent comes out high up on the wall.
Ground level only. We do not do roof vents or anything twenty feet up. That’s a straight limit rather than a negotiation, and we’d rather tell you now than turn up and tell you in your driveway.
What about the couch, and the tile in the entry? Our tile work is commercial only.
Upholstery depends on the fabric, so it’s a phone call rather than a number on a page. Tile and grout: Commercial only. We’d rather say that plainly than take a residential tile booking we’re not set up for.
