Frequently Asked Questions:

What cleaning method do you use for carpets?

We use the hot water extraction method, also known as steam cleaning. First, we pretreat the carpet, then rinse it at about 200 degrees. This process leaves zero residue behind while sanitizing your carpet at the same time.

What sets your services apart?

We are owner-operated, and integrity is at the core of our business. If we inspect your HVAC system and find it isn’t dirty enough to warrant cleaning, we’ll be upfront with you. We’ll show you what we see, recommend holding off, and suggest checking again in a few years. There’s no reason to spend money on a service you don’t truly need.

What type of air duct cleaning do you offer?

We use the rotary brush method. This involves removing vent covers and running a rotary cable brush down each branch line, all the way to the main trunk line. We then open the trunk line and clean it with a larger brush. Throughout the process, vacuum suction and compressed air are used to ensure dust and debris are removed immediately. In our experience, this is the most effective and thorough method available.
