Pet stains are the one thing we cannot price properly without seeing them. How heavy and how deep it has gone changes the job, and a stain that has soaked through into the pad is different work again. If yours needs heavier products we tell you what it costs before the job starts, never after.
What a room actually means.
A room is up to 200 square feet. That is a normal bedroom, a normal living room, a normal dining room. If you have a great room that is clearly two rooms in one space, count it as two, and we will tell you on the phone if we think you have counted wrong in your own favor.

The questions we get.
How long until I can walk on it?
A few hours in normal conditions, and you can walk on it carefully straight away. Because the machine sits in the van rather than in your hallway, far more water comes back out of the carpet than with a portable unit, which is most of why it dries quickly.
Do I need to move the furniture?
Clear what you comfortably can, especially small things and anything breakable. We will move ordinary furniture. We do not move pianos, water beds, or anything with electronics in it.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. The solution is eco friendly, and hot water extraction rinses it back out rather than leaving it sitting in the fiber. Nothing harsh goes down on a floor somebody is going to lie on.
Will the price change once you see it?
Not for what you counted. If six rooms turn out to be eight, or there are stairs that were not on the list, we show you the new number before anything comes off the van and you decide from there. Same goes if the carpet needs heavier products to come up properly. What we will never do is start at one price and hand you an invoice at another.
What if it does not come out?
Some things do not, and we would rather say so up front than take your money and hope. If we can see before we start that a stain is permanent, we will tell you. If your carpet does not need cleaning at all, we will tell you that too. We pass on a lot of jobs for exactly that reason.
