Carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning in Eden Prairie, we’re driving down from the other end of the metro.
We’re three owners in Champlin and we do the cleaning ourselves. We keep the van on the Mississippi at the north edge of the metro and you’re on the bluffs over the Minnesota River in the far southwest, so Eden Prairie is a trip for us rather than a route we’re already on, but better than a quarter of the owners here have been in the same house since the nineties and that’s usually a big enough job to be worth the drive for both of us.

Justin, Ryan and Clayton. All three of us own the company and all three of us do the work, and between us we’ve got almost 20 years in this trade.

You’re on one river and we’re on the other
Champlin sits on the Mississippi at the north edge of the metro and Eden Prairie sits on the bluffs over the Minnesota River in the far southwest, so there’s no city line between us and we aren’t going to invent one, and the straight line between the two published city points works out at about 23.4 miles. The road route is longer again, because it has to work around the western suburbs and the lakes, and since nobody has measured that route with a routing service there’s no drive time anywhere on this page.
A whole house duct system, a multi room carpet job with the stairs in it, or ducts and the dryer vent together on one visit are the jobs we load up and come down for, and the price you see on this page is the same price we quote in Champlin, because we’re not adding a travel line to the bottom of it. If you’re wondering whether what you’ve got is big enough to be worth us coming, that’s a phone call rather than a guess, and we’ll tell you straight on the phone if it isn’t.
“They texted to let me know they were on their way, cleaned the ducts from top to bottom, and were respectful, professional and thorough. My cost was lower than the other companies I called.”
Linda Schwartz, Google reviewRead every one of them yourself, because we’d rather you did that than take our word for it off our own website.
Open the reviewsEden Prairie built almost all of itself in thirty years.
We can’t claim to know your street the way we know the ones near home, but the numbers on this city are blunt enough that they tell the same story three different ways.

Air duct cleaning in Eden Prairie
Almost nothing here is old enough for a gravity ductA flat $329 for a normal single furnace home up to 2,500 sq ft, finished basement included. The 1980s alone put 8,945 of Eden Prairie’s 26,557 housing units in the ground, 33.7 percent of the whole city, and no decade either side of it gets close, with 5,603 units in the 1990s, 4,130 in the 1970s and 4,027 in the 2000s. At the other end only 2,232 units, 8.4 percent of the city, were built before 1970 and just 555 of those date to 1939 or earlier, so a pre war system, an octopus furnace or a gravity duct, isn’t what we’re opening up at an Eden Prairie address, and what’s behind the wall instead is the trunk and branch sheet metal a post 1970 suburb got built with, which takes a rotary brush and compressed air rather than a hose pushed into a register.
Add it up and 78.7 percent of the housing here predates 2000, with 18,678 units, 70.3 percent of the whole city, going up in the thirty years between 1970 and 1999. The census puts the median year built at 1988 and gets the same 1988 for owner occupied and renter occupied homes alike, so the typical Eden Prairie house has been standing about thirty eight years, and the city’s water system tells you the same thing from a different direction, because the treatment plant opened in 1974 and it didn’t stay big enough for long, with expansions in 1978, 1988 and 1998 to keep up with the building, and the public works director said in 2025 that much of that system is thirty to fifty years old.
The number that matters most to us though is how long people stay, and 5,232 owner households here, 26.8 percent of every owner in the city, moved into their home in 1999 or earlier, with 2,040 of them in place since 1989 or earlier. That’s better than one owner in four sitting on twenty five years and more in the same house, with the same ductwork moving the same air the whole way through it. We’re not going to put a number on how long yours have been sitting, because that’s the one thing a website can’t know about your house, but we’ll walk you through what’s actually in the trunk line once we’ve got it open, and if it doesn’t need doing we’ll say so and leave.
It’s the same three things at every house, powerful vacuum, compressed air and rotary brush, and all three of them go in every time. We sometimes cut more than two access points in the trunk lines. We never charge for more than two.
How we clean a ductCarpet cleaning in Eden Prairie
Seven lakes, and one of them has a sand bottom$35 a room up to 200 sq ft, and $45 a set of stairs.53.8 percent of the housing here is single family detached, 14,289 houses, with another 5,867 attached townhomes on top of that, and 76.1 percent of the occupied homes are owner occupied, 19,537 of 25,665, so whoever’s reading this is usually the one who gets to say yes to the carpet getting done rather than somebody who has to take it to a landlord first.
The Metropolitan Council counts 4,689 acres of park, recreation and preserve land in Eden Prairie out of 22,492 total and there’s another 480 acres of golf course on top of that, and the watershed district counts seven lakes in or on the edge of the city, Lake Riley at 297 acres, Staring at 166, Mitchell at 124, Red Rock at 121, Rice Marsh at 83, Duck at 41 and Round at 30. Bryant Lake Regional Park on its own is 170 acres of rolling hills and woodland around 178 acres of water with an eighteen hole disc golf course and a sand bottomed swimming lake in it, and plenty of that sand and grass and lake water finishes the day on the carpet inside your front door.
The city sits on rolling hills and bluffs overlooking the river, which is the terrain that gives a house a walkout or a lookout lower level, and that’s carpet sitting below grade at the end of the longest duct run in the building. For a room down there we’re running truck mounted hot water extraction, so the machine stays outside and only the hose comes in, and it takes far more of the water back out of the carpet than a portable unit gets, which is why a morning job is dry again by the evening in normal conditions.
Price your roomsDryer vent cleaning in Eden Prairie
When the dryer starts taking two cycles$129 on its own, or $69 while we’re already there for the ducts.5,867 of the housing units in Eden Prairie are single family attached townhomes, 22.1 percent of the stock, and there are another 5,651 units in buildings of five or more, 3,170 of them in buildings of fifty units and up. A townhome laundry usually sits further in from an outside wall than a rambler’s does and the run takes more corners to get out there, and every corner is somewhere lint stops moving, so it’s the job nobody thinks about until the laundry stops coming out dry in one cycle.
One limit belongs on the page rather than in your driveway, and it matters more than usual when we’re coming from this far away. Ground level only. We do not do roof vents or anything twenty feet up. That takes out a good share of the 3,170 units the census puts in buildings of fifty or more here, and there’s no version of the conversation where we change our minds about it.
What a vent clean involvesThe Green Line Extension adds sixteen new stations and finishes at SouthWest Station, and the Metropolitan Council lists four of those sixteen under Eden Prairie, SouthWest Station, Town Center Station, Golden Triangle and City West, with the Council’s own project page putting the opening in 2027. The building isn’t finished here, because the Council’s 2020 land inventory still records 1,890 acres of undeveloped land here and 437 acres in agriculture. If you’re the one taking the keys on something brand new, an entire construction site went on around that ductwork before the place was ever yours, and that’s worth a call while the house is still new to you.
The other thing about Eden Prairie is how much of it isn’t houses, with 57,739 jobs located in the city in 2024, and Golden Triangle is the office and industrial side of that. If you’re calling about a building rather than a home, the one service where our answer goes the other way around is tile and grout, because that’s Commercial only. and we’d rather say so at the top than at the bottom.
Here’s what it’ll cost you.
Written down before anyone drives anywhere, because a price you have to phone for is a price that moves, and both calculators are on the service pages so they’ll do the counting with you.

The number you counted is the most you pay.
It isn’t a starting point or an estimate or a figure that grows once somebody is standing in your hallway with the hose already run, and if we find something that changes the job you hear it before we start rather than on the invoice.
“I had expected an upsell or an add-on in the pricing, but it was exactly as quoted. Extremely informative and courteous on arrival.”
Kim Nguyen Seufert, Google reviewBefore you call us.
The things people ask on the phone, answered here so you don’t have to.
Do you actually come out to Eden Prairie?
We do, for the bigger jobs, and you should know what that means before you book us. Eden Prairie isn’t one of the towns we list as our service area on Google, we’re up at the north edge of the metro and you’re in the far southwest of it, and the two published city points sit about 23.4 miles apart in a straight line with the road route longer again. Nobody has measured that drive so there’s no time printed anywhere on this page, and the reason we come at all is the housing, because the median house here went up in 1988 and there’s usually enough work in one to make the trip worth it for both of us.
How big does the job have to be for you to come this far?
Bigger than one room of carpet, and we’d rather say that out loud than have you find out at the door. A whole house duct system, a few rooms of carpet with a stair set, or ducts and the dryer vent booked together on one visit are all worth the trip, and small carpet jobs come up to the $129 minimum for a visit anyway. Tell us what rooms and how many furnaces on the phone and we’ll say yes or no on the spot, because a wasted trip costs you an afternoon and costs us the day.
Who is actually going to be in my house?
You’ll get one of us, because Justin, Ryan and Clayton own the company together and we’re the ones who do the work, so there’s no trainee, no franchise van and no subcontractor you’ve never spoken to. Between us we’ve got almost 20 years in this trade.
Is the price going to change when you get here?
No, what you counted is the most you pay for that work, and the distance doesn’t add anything to it. If we open something up and find a job that’s genuinely different from the one you booked, you hear the number before we start rather than after we finish, and small carpet jobs come up to the $129 minimum for a visit, which is on this page rather than buried in a confirmation email.
My house is bigger than that, or it has two furnaces.
Then the flat $329 isn’t your price and we’re not going to pretend it is. Over 2,500 square feet, or a second furnace, means more openings and a second system, so call us and we’ll work it out on the phone. A finished lower level counts toward that square footage, and the rolling hills and bluffs here are the terrain that gives a house one, so it’s worth counting before you call rather than after.
My dryer vent comes out high up on the wall.
Ground level only. We do not do roof vents or anything twenty feet up. That’s a straight limit rather than a negotiation, and we’d rather tell you now than turn up and tell you in your driveway.
How do I know I even need this doing?
Sometimes you don’t, and we turn down work that doesn’t need doing, which sounds like a line until it happens to you. If your ducts were done three years ago and they look it, we’ll tell you to spend the money on something else, and coming a long way to look at them is our problem rather than a reason to find you something to buy.
What about the couch, and the tile in the entry? Our tile work is commercial only.
Upholstery depends on the fabric, so it’s a phone call rather than a number on a page. Tile and grout: Commercial only. We’d rather say that plainly than take a residential tile booking we’re not set up for.
“Their prices were so reasonable that I had to keep asking if they were sure it was the right amount. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.”

Three owners out of Champlin up on the Mississippi who make the drive down to the far southwest ourselves, the price written down before anybody gets in the van and no travel line added at the bottom of it, and 119 people on Google at 4.9 who’ll tell you how it went. The towns either side of you.
It’s the same van, the same three owners and the same prices wherever we go.

On the border
The only neighbor our sources put on the line themselves is Chanhassen, which shares Rice Marsh Lake with you and sits across Lake Riley from you, and Champlin isn’t on that list or anywhere near it, which is why this page reads the way it does.

Further out
Past our normal run, so it’s bigger jobs and a bit of planning rather than a van that’s already nearby. Worth a call either way.
